The Breadman 2-pound bread maker allows you to set up the ingredients for a 1-pound, 1.5-pound, or 2-pound loaf of bread, and then program it to bake while you're at work, or sleeping, so you can come home or wake up to the luscious smell of fresh-baked bread. The horizontal loaves are ideal for sandwich slices, and the Breadman's cycle programs help you to make a wide variety of breads (including 100% whole wheat, and gluten-free), all with perfect, consistent results. There are also programs for making jam, pizza dough, and pasta. If you want fresh bread in a hurry, there’s a Super Rapid program for white bread.
The large LCD display makes it easy to program the Breadman and to know what stage your bread is in. Convenient features like a viewing window, pause feature, and an alarm that lets you know when to add fruit, nuts, roasted garlic cloves, or other ingredients make it simple to create artisan bread in your own kitchen. Cleanup is as easy as making bread, thanks to the Breadman's non-stick baking pan, detachable lid, and stainless steel housing. The Breadman takes all the mystery out of making fresh gourmet bread, and cuts the cost dramatically!
